My aquarium and beetles (Sagae)

 I have many aquariums in my dormitory room. Because I am rearing and breeding aquatic beetle as my hobby. So now my dormitory for aquatic beetle rather than me. There are 5 species in my room that included an uncommon one. Cybister Chinensis, Cybister brevis, Dytiscus dauricus, Hydaticus conspersus, Acilius japonicus. I have collected myself from somewhere ponds especially Tohoku region. I always enjoy finding a good pond or wetland that sweet for aquatic insects. So what is a "good pond"? This is my current interest things. Shounai region has one of the really rare aquatic beetle and a wonderful good environment. I hope such an environment will be saved permanently.

自分が住んでいる寮の部屋はゲンゴロウの飼育に使っているケースであふれかえっています。今ではもう人間のための部屋というよりゲンゴロウの飼育部屋になっています。ナミゲン、クロゲン、エゾゲンモ、オオイチモンジシマ、メススジの5種が部屋で泳いでいます。東北地方を中心に自分が採集してきたものです。ゲンゴウロウ池を探すのが楽しくて、どんな池が良いのかというのが最近の好奇心の向くところです。庄内地方は非常に貴重な種やそれらが生息できる素晴らしい環境がまだ残っています。そのような環境が人の手による環境の変化でこの先、失われることがないよう願うばかりです。

Locust as a source of food and feed (Rahima)

I came across a pack of roasted locusts at the store the other day and decided to check their nutritional value and study a bit more about them. Locusts are a type of insect from the family Acrididae . They are known to swarm in huge numbers and can travel great distances, causing considerable damage to crops. However, in many African, Middle Eastern, and Asian countries, locusts are considered a delicacy and eaten in abundance. Locusts are an excellent source of protein and contain a variety of fatty acids and minerals. Although not considered palatable by most Americans and Europeans, locusts are an important food source in many other countries.   According to the book "Insects" by Steve Parker, species of locusts vary in protein content from about 50 percent of dry weight to almost 60 percent, making them denser in protein than cows . Full vaccination（Sagae）

We some of the lab members had second vaccination at university. It was so hard situation for me because of side effects. I had heard some news that the side effects of the second vaccine are more serious. It was TRUE. The night after the vaccine, started to increase my body temperature. At midnight temperature already reached 38.5 ℃. And also my bone has pain and "Moderna arm". I could only lay on the bed the whole day by agony. My fever continues till next midnight. I thought my fever had gone down, but then I started to have terrible headaches. Again I spent the time on the bed the whole day. Finally, I recovered fully after 60 hours of vaccination. It was the worst experience in 2021 at least. I wish our painfulness contributes to making the situation better. 大学で二回目のワクチン接種を受けました。結論から言うと、副反応が本当きつかったです。二回目は一回目より副反応がきついと聞いていましたが、その通りです。接種日の夜から熱が上がり始めて、夜中には38.5℃に達しました。きつすぎてベッドに横になる事しかできません。全身の関節は痛むし、モデルナアームも発症しています。次の夜中は明朝まで高熱は続きました。熱が下がったと思ったら次はひどい頭痛です。またベットから動けず一日を過ごします。最終的
