Cultivation plan of chilli seedling and cabbage(Mao Onodera)


 B3 student started seedling activity.We sowed chilli seeds in 12th,April and sowed cabbage seeds today.Chilli is four types and cabbage is two types.The purpose of this experiment is to find out how do  insects and weeds affect of crop growth. So we observe that how many insect come to crop and different of seedling growth.I've never been grown vegetables from seeds, so I'm having fun and anxious, but I'm looking forward to the growth of my crops.It's been a while since I was assigned to the laboratory.I have more opportunities to speak English at once, and I think I have to study English hard every day.I want to  listen carefully to the advice of my teachers and other members and grow up.Thank you very much for your reading.


4月から研究室配属された3年生の実験が始まりました。4月12日にトウガラシの種を植え、今日キャベツの種を植えました。トウガラシが4種類、キャベツが2種類です。この実験の目的は、昆虫と雑草が作物の成長にどのように影響するかを見つけることで、その為に作物に集まる昆虫の数と作物の成長の違いを観察します。私は今まで種から野菜を育てたことがないので楽しさと不安がありますが、作物の成長が楽しみです。研究室に配属されて少し経ちました。英語を話す機会が一気に増え、英語の勉強を熱心にやらなければいけないと毎日思います。先生や先輩達のアドバイスをよく聞き、成長していきたいです。

Locust as a source of food and feed (Rahima)

I came across a pack of roasted locusts at the store the other day and decided to check their nutritional value and study a bit more about them. Locusts are a type of insect from the family Acrididae . They are known to swarm in huge numbers and can travel great distances, causing considerable damage to crops. However, in many African, Middle Eastern, and Asian countries, locusts are considered a delicacy and eaten in abundance. Locusts are an excellent source of protein and contain a variety of fatty acids and minerals. Although not considered palatable by most Americans and Europeans, locusts are an important food source in many other countries.   According to the book "Insects" by Steve Parker, species of locusts vary in protein content from about 50 percent of dry weight to almost 60 percent, making them denser in protein than cows . Full vaccination（Sagae）

We some of the lab members had second vaccination at university. It was so hard situation for me because of side effects. I had heard some news that the side effects of the second vaccine are more serious. It was TRUE. The night after the vaccine, started to increase my body temperature. At midnight temperature already reached 38.5 ℃. And also my bone has pain and "Moderna arm". I could only lay on the bed the whole day by agony. My fever continues till next midnight. I thought my fever had gone down, but then I started to have terrible headaches. Again I spent the time on the bed the whole day. Finally, I recovered fully after 60 hours of vaccination. It was the worst experience in 2021 at least. I wish our painfulness contributes to making the situation better. 大学で二回目のワクチン接種を受けました。結論から言うと、副反応が本当きつかったです。二回目は一回目より副反応がきついと聞いていましたが、その通りです。接種日の夜から熱が上がり始めて、夜中には38.5℃に達しました。きつすぎてベッドに横になる事しかできません。全身の関節は痛むし、モデルナアームも発症しています。次の夜中は明朝まで高熱は続きました。熱が下がったと思ったら次はひどい頭痛です。またベットから動けず一日を過ごします。最終的
